For all those who wish to take care of themselves, their children, and their loved ones in a completely natural way, for those who have people with disabilities in their family circle for an aid to complement the traditional procedure, for professionals (health care personnel in general) who want to approach this methodology.
Description
Theoretical/Practical Course Program
Time: 9 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Registration of participants
9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Theory:
– The nervous system as the basis of the Braña Method, use of Braña glass rods
– Hints of anatomy/physiology of the central and peripheral nervous system
– Effects of stresses on the Nervous System in the short and long term
1:30-5:30 pm Practice:
– General relaxation and release of daily tensions
– Assessment of some body pains
Beneficial effects on:
– blood and lymphatic microcirculation
– breathing
– striated muscles (of the body)
– effects on sleep/wake ratio
Discounts: if you bring a friend you are entitled to a 20% discount; if you bring two friends you are entitled to a 30% discount; finally if you bring more friends you are entitled to an additional 5% discount.
Materials included in the cost of the course.
: No. 2 uncolored Braña glass rods; course materials for each meeting will be emailed prior to the meeting.
Bring No. 1 pair of cotton gloves, notebook and pen
Mandatory registration.
: Mandatory registration: of € 100.00 by 27/07 for August or 21/09 for October and balance at the meeting. For those who take advantage of discounts, the discount to which they are entitled will be deducted in the balance.
