BENTONITE
Colloidal hydrated aluminum silicate; colloidal clay of the Montmorillonite family. It draws its name from Fort Benthon where it was found. It is a very fine lamelliform powder. Crude bentonite was long used by American Indians as a detergent and is still known as “mineral soap” today.
It is a natural edible clay composed of volcanic ash sediments and contains more than 70 minerals. This type of clay is used for both oral (pharmaceutical) and cosmetic use.
Externally it is used as in baths or in other various skin care recipes. In fact it is used externally on the skin to treat acne eruptions .
According to some bibliographies it helps to soothe muscle damage, carpal tunnel, bruises, cuts and wounds. For other skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, bacterial and fungal infections can be addressed by applying a bentonite clay compress to the affected area of the skin.
It has the ability to absorb toxins, impurities, heavy metals, and other contaminants from the body and is ingested to treat mineral deficiencies, anemia, stomach ulcers, diarrhea, intestinal problems, hemorrhoids, and generally good health.
RICE STARCH.
Obtained naturally from the seed of Oryza sativa (Poacea).
Because of its soothing and calming properties and its ability to gently cleanse, it can be used in many ways in everyday cosmetics: it has an emollient and soothing action that makes the skin softer and velvety
Some of the most common uses of rice starch include bathing, both for infants and adults to get a nice refreshing and soothing bath, indicated in summer and following sunburn or sun rash.
Rice starch can also be used in place of talcum powder to refresh and absorb sebum and sweat and does not clog skin pores.
The literature recognizes rice starch’s anti-inflammatory, cleansing and moisturizing properties, making it a great ally for the skin.
Applications
How to use : mix Lunar Reflection with Lydro-LITAL or Lydro-TERMAR with brush, distribute on face, body hair or scalp and leave on soino dry. Remove by shaking the dry part with tissue, then rinse with warm water and dry. Apply BodyLifting A and rinse after 5′ only if necessary.
