1. Lavender essential oil
Applications/Manner of Use:Environmental deodorizer: 3 gt/sqm of the room in which it diffuses, in the essence burner or in the water of humidifiers or in a candle – 1 gt as a deodorizer for drawers, closets, handkerchiefs, pillows. Invigorating bath: 10gt in bath tub together with baking soda or rice starch, shake water and soak for at least 10′. Local application: 1 or 2 gt (do not use pure but dilute as directed) to relieve insect bites.

2. Lemon essential oil
Applications/Mode of Use: Room diffusion : 2-3gt/sqm depending on the intensity of scent you want, purifies the air to promote breathing and mental concentration. As a natural antibiotic: in early flu symptoms such as fever, cold, cough and sore throat. Bath: perfumes the environment and promotes relaxation. 2 to 4 gt in a tablespoon of baking soda, to be added to the bath water. Massage Oil: to stimulate circulation, relax muscles and drain excess fluids (to prevent the appearance of cellulite blemishes). In our face creams 1 gt as an astringent and sebum-normalizing for oily skin. Oily or impure skin: 1-2 gt in our clay masks or creams. Halitosis: fights bad breath and disinfects the oral cavity. Strengthening weak nails: apply the prepared oil daily. Hair: diluted in a good shampoo or hair oil (max 2%) for its lightening and sebum-normalizing effect for oily hair. Closet: helps keep moths and insects away naturally. 2-3 gt of essence in cotton handkerchiefs to put inside drawers. Washing machine: 10-15 gt with the usual detergent + a tablespoon of baking soda in the tub provided. Gives clothes a fresh clean scent. Refrigerator cleaning :3 gt mixed with water and vinegar or water and dishwashing detergent as a sanitizer. Contraindications: avoid sun exposure after application for 24 h, because it is photo-sensitizing (reacts with the sun’s rays and may cause reddening of the skin)

3. Sage essential oil
Applications/Mode ofuse: expectorant for chronic asthma bronchitis and flu cough. Deodorant for hyperhidrosis (sweating) in hands, armpits, feet and effective antibacterial on odor-producing microorganisms. On the skin it has a repairing action on skin tissue in insect bites and acne. Environmental diffusion : 2 gt/sq m of the environment by essential burners or in radiator humidifiers or on a lit unscented candle. As a semi-cup in bidet water, add 6 gt to the water and soak for at least 15′. Repeat daily, even 2 times a day for urogenital irritations. Gargle: in a glass of lukewarm water put 5 gt. and make prolonged rinses, at least 2 times a day for canker sores, weak and bleeding gums, in stomatitis and laryngitis. Hair: 3gt on the scalp to purify it or for alopecia before washing.

4. Mint essential oil
Applications/Mode of Use: Environmentaldiffusion: 2 gt/sqm of the room by aroma burner or in the water of radiator humidifiers or 1 gt on a lit candle for a regenerating and purifying effect in rooms. Massage oil: 2 gt to be massaged locally for insistent cramps or on temples for headaches. Motion sickness: for motion sickness, sea sickness and air sickness, put some gt on a handkerchief and sniff it from time to time while traveling.Contraindications : Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Beware of the eyes, because it is highly irritating to mucous membranes.

5. Bitter orange essential oil
Applications/Mode of Use: Roomdiffusion : 2 gt/sqm of the diffusion room in the essential oil burner or humidifier water or 1 gt in a lit unscented candle. Relaxation bath: 20 gt in water with baking soda or rice starch, stirring the water and soak for at least 10′. Cosmetic use: 1 gt in one of our creams to customize function. Contraindications: it is photosensitizing: avoid exposure to the sun or tanning lamps in the 24 h after its application to the skin.

6. Eucalyptus essential oil
Applications/Method of use: insect repellent (mosquitoes) or to disinfect rooms for colds and flu in essence burner: 2 gt/sqm room or in humidifier water or on a lit unscented candle or mix 1 gt with our skin creams. Antibacterial for home and person: to enrich the 3 gt detergent in the washing machine or in a basin in hand laundry. Colds: to clear the stuffy nose 3-5 gt per suffumigation with 1 liter of boiling water and a teaspoon of baking soda; daily 1 gt on a tissue and breathe in as a refreshing and preventive. It has balsamic and decongestant power rubbed on the chest. Apply to affected areas with gentle massage for muscle pain, fatigue and lactic acid buildup.

7. Rosemary essential oil
Applications/Manner of Use:Diffusion: 2gt/sqm of the room with essential oil burner or in the water of radiator humidifiers to refresh and deodorize the air and promote concentration. Cellulite: 5gt and rub on affected areas. Invigorating bath: dilute in a tub of water 10-15 gt with 1 tsp do baking soda or rice starch, for stress or muscle pain. Hair: a few gt in shampoo, leave on 2′ and proceed with washing for thin, brittle, oily hair with dandruff or alopecia. After washing, on damp hair, a few gt rubbed into the scalp. It is also contraindicated in epileptic subjects.
