How to use: Room diffusion : 2-3gt/sqm depending on the intensity of fragrance you want, purifies the air to promote breathing and mental concentration. As a natural antibiotic: in early flu symptoms such as fever, cold, cough and sore throat. Bath: perfumes the environment and promotes relaxation. 2 to 4 gt in a tablespoon of baking soda, to be added to the bath water. Massage Oil: to stimulate circulation, relax muscles and drain excess fluids (to prevent the appearance of cellulite blemishes). In our face creams 1 gt as an astringent and sebum-normalizing for oily skin. Oily or impure skin: 1-2 gt in our clay masks or creams. Halitosis: fights bad breath and disinfects the oral cavity. Strengthening weak nails: apply the prepared oil daily. Hair: diluted in a good shampoo or hair oil (max 2%) for its lightening and sebum-normalizing effect for oily hair. Closet: helps keep moths and insects away naturally. If so, apply 2-3 gt of essence in cotton handkerchiefs to put inside the drawers. Washing machine: 10-15 gt with the usual detergent + a tablespoon of baking soda in the tub provided. Gives clothes a fresh clean scent. Refrigerator cleaning :3 gt mixed with water and vinegar or water and dishwashing detergent as a sanitizer. Contraindications: avoid sun exposure after application for 24 h, because it is photo-sensitizing (reacts with the sun’s rays and may cause reddening of the skin)

Natural essential oil of Lemon.
Council:
- Place within one of our vegetable oils ( almond oil recommended) max 5/10 gt (drops) of essential oil and mix before use.
Warnings:
- DO NOT ingest. Not Taking them orally. For outdoor use.
- They are pure natural oils and very effective.
- NEVER use pure essential oils directly on the skin but dilute them as directed.
- Do not use them near open flames.
- Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old at all times.
- Avoid personal use During pregnancy, lactation and on children under 7 years of age.
- In order to prevent essential oil from getting into the eyes, always wash your hands after using essential oils.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
