General Terms and Conditions ContractThis contract is a distance contract in accordance with Article 50 et seq.Del D.Lgs.6 September 2005 n.206 (Consumer Code). The object of the contract is the sale of goods between the company CHEMEIA SRL – VIA ALDO MORO SNC – 25017 – Lonato del Garda (BS) – 25017 Lonato del Garda (BS) – P.Iva 02011540966 and the consumer (the customer).
The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by the Customer of a purchase proposal issued by telephone or via the Internet as a result of the invitation to offer contained on the site.
Terms and Conditions of Sale Purchases of products, available as illustrated and described online in their descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time the order confirmation is submitted, plus shipping charges, as displayed at the time of purchase.
Before the confirmation of the purchase to the customer, will be summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in the case of more ‘products and the relevant transport costs and in case the prices are net of VAT the total amount of VAT.
Delivery ProductsPurchased products will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer. Always indicate a telephone number for any communications or fax or email.( delivery time within 10/working days). The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and undamaged. Only after such verification should the customer accept the delivery. In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to the above assertions, the customer must raise the objection directly to the carrier, do not collect the goods and send an email through the site or a fax to CHEMEIA SRL
Methods of PaymentPayment for the purchased products and related shipping costs must be made by the customer when submitting the order confirmation by using one of the credit cards, cash on delivery or bank transfer indicated online.
ATTENTION : The account is charged at the time of order in the case of purchase by credit card. In the case of Bank Transfer or Check/Money Order we will proceed with the delivery of the material once we receive the credit.
Product Warranty1)All products marketed by CHEMEIA SRL are covered by the conventional 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to DLgs no. 24/02. To take advantage of warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that he/she will receive with the purchased goods. Customers can always download invoices for their purchases from the site by logging into the restricted area.
2) The 24-month warranty in accordance with DLgs no. 24/02 applies to the product that has a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and the provisions of the accompanying documentation. This guarantee, in deference to Dlgs. No. 24/92, is reserved only for the Private Consumer (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e., makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a VAT number reference). In case of lack of conformity, CHEMEIA SRL; provides, without cost to the Customer, the restoration of conformity of the product by replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract. If it does not turn out to be a conformity defect, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any verification costs, as well as transportation costs if incurred by CHEMEIA SRL
3) In the event that, for any reason CHEMEIA SRL., is unable to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed, with the consent of the Customer, to replace the product itself (if still in the price list) or with another of equal characteristics and value or, finally, to issue a discount voucher of equal amount expendable on another product valid for 6 months from the time of issue.
4) No damages can be claimed from CHEMEIA SRL for any delays in the replacement of products under warranty.
5) In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; it should be avoided in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
